cancellations
In order to provide you with the best possible scheduling options, 48 hours' notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule. Should you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the services booked will be due before your next appointment will be scheduled.
Life happens, we totally get it! Each guest will receive one waived fee. Repeat offenders & guests that no show to an appointment will be charged a rescheduling fee of 100% of the services booked.
late arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow your stylist to be on time for their next guest. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule & required to pay a rescheduling fee.
Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, we will be happy to correct the issue with 7 days of your initial appointment. If you alter our work in any way, you void our guaranteed policy.
pricing
All prices listed are base prices and can vary for each guest. Price is determined on time, length & density. Prices are for Tangled Hair Boutique, each independent stylist determines their own pricing.

To ensure a peaceful experience for each guest, we kindly request that you keep your devices on silent/vibrate and the volume down or use earbuds.
Children
We are a family friendly salon. However it is not allowed to leave your child unattended. Tangled Hair Boutique is NOT childproofed. There are chemicals, outlets, sharp & hot tools easily accessible to their reach.
Also, please be advised, that your hair's final outcome will reflect our level of distraction if your service is interrupted by your little one.
